Hello, all.
I have replaced whole Master cylinder module on my TLC-100 2001 (3 break lines from master module). Part was from Japan about 100-150Krm mileage. ABS was not working with no errors, rear break line worked fine. After 2-3 month rear brakes just stopped working. After research I have discovered that there is no break liquid on rear brake line at all. Of course, I have checked that with ignition ON and full pressure from break pump.
After that I have disassembled module, cleaned everything with compressor, liquid changed, abs valves checked. To sum up:
- Front breakes works well
- ABS works unstable (no fault codes), but FR release valve not working (not clicking)
- No errors/fault codes
- Motor works about 30 sec, pressure is OK, after 4-5 depresses it starts working
- Master cylinder works well (no falling issues, spongy breakes, etc)
- Rear breakes - no fluid when depressing pedal

I have read all the articles/topics that I could find about this module, spent a lot of time cleaning it, but still have no ideas why rear brakes stopped working and is this possible to repair it? If I replace ONLY ABS unit, will it solve rear brakes issue?

Any Ideas appreciated!
