Tallest 15"16" or 17" truck or AT tires no wider then 10.5"

I am hoping to find 33" + tall x10.5 wide and 15-16 or 17" tall tires that are suitable for highway and medium off road use?

33x10.5r15 BFG K02 A/T or KM2 for mud.

I just bought the Dick Cepek Extreme Country in 33x10.5x15 for my 40. I haven't put a ton of miles on them yet but for a mud tire they appear to be quieter than my BFG MTs and about the same as BFG AT that I previously ran. For a mud tire, they seem very quiet but look aggressive.

305/70R18 is the tallest skinny I've seen. It's 35x10in on 18 rim.
