I've spent the morning searching and not having great success. I just bought a second 100 series w/locker and am planning a diesel swap. The auto box that mates to the diesel has a .83 fifth gear. would like to find something as tall as a 3.7. I'd rather find a different transmission or suffer 2300rpm @ 60 than do anything more complicated than swapping R&P.

The only gears I’ve seen, have been:

OEM 4.10 (2003-2007)
OEM 4.30 (1997-2002)
Aftermarket 4.88

A possible alternative route:

80/100 High Range 10% Overdrive Gear Set - 8x/100 Series Land Cruisers
Fits 1/1990-1/1998 8x Series/LX450 and 98-07 100 Series Land Cruisers/LX470 (100/470 applications require additional parts, call for info). Fits factory full-time (HF2A/HF2AV) transfer cases found in US Spec and global market Land Cruisers. These gears offer a 10% overdrive in high range, equivalent to converting axle gears from the 4.10 to 3.70 gears without having to do ring & pinion work.
Part# TCG9007ODHR - $505.00

that's slick. I wonder if I can get my machinist to make a 20% (if it'd fit) which would save me buying bigger tires and 4.10s to try to enhance that 10%.
295/75R16s, a 4.10 swap and the TC gear would get me down to 1850rpm @ 60mph

The diesel, HDJ100 came with one step lower on rear end gears. 98-02 (4.1) and 03--07 (3.9).

That and larger tires is all the overdrive you should need! :)

do the 03+ gears direct swap into a 99 with an e-locker? also doing a Detroit TrueTrac in the front.

Yes. However, those OE 3.9's are expensive new. Plentiful used if sourced outside of the US.

Actually, thinking about it a bit more.... they offer 3.7 aftermarket gears for the 80 series. It is possible to install 80 gears in a 100 with extra work.

When I went diesel in my 80 I got gears out of Australia. 3.55 from marks4wd. Doesn’t look like he carries them anymore. Going 4.10 you still have gear set ups front and rear. So I’d be looking for the 3.90. From the get go. Then do transfer case if you need more.

What diesel? Where is it’s sweat spot?

OM648 from 05-06 E320CDI and NAG1(swapping bell housing from the Merck to a Jeep W5A580 to get a 4x4 tailhousing)
So the only custom part is the TC adapter. The e320 has a 2.65 so cruises about 1730rpm @ 60 in a 4000lb car.

Make sure to post a build thread of the diesel swapped 100 series.
