99 LX High Beam Relay? (1 Viewer)

Changed out my column motors today, success there. But, my dash has indicated that my high beams are ON and the light stalk would not change that. I installed a new light stalk while I had the column apart and now the dash indicates the high beams are off but I can't switch the high beams back ON. Is there a separate high beam relay in the circuit somewhere that I can check? I found the headlight relay in the fuse box under the hood but not a separate one for the high beams. Any other thoughts?

Does anyone know what these devices are behind the lights? One on each side, appear to be for the high beams...
