The thread could certainly be locked and the title changed to something the indicated info inside of it is from the TCCC 2007.

Threads really shouldn't be deleted unless under extreme circumstances. On another board that I moderated on for years, we had to move the thread to a "safe zone" and then discuss whether it would stay there or go back to the public.

There's lots of reasons to do it this way, not the least of which would be the loss of links to the vids and pics.
