no, even with dome lights set to off the door lights still come on. Unless you meant something else.
Not all 80 series have lights on the door panels is what I meant. So it isn't an issue for a lot of us.

Anyone have one of these for sale?
That would probably keep you warmer than a DAC tent would, if that's a consideration where you plan to camp.I have a very lightly used Spector Off Road version that is a custom fitted "Wagon Tent" for the 80 series. I like it because it covers all windows/windshield and has screen windows/shades that can be opened up for ventilation. I'm willing to part ways with.

Are you talking the safari soft shell in the OP? I have one that's very used but not sure for sale if that's what your asking, Click the link and call them, I think they were out of UT or ID if I remember right, website still seems operational. I bought one maybe 20 years ago for around $450 I believe. One of the best hatch tents I have seen and used but one major flaw is they lined the top with the struts and left it open to the body with a huge open gap, that and price.Anyone have one of these for sale?
yes I’d love to source a safari soft shell if possible. Thanks for all of the info. Super helpful. I’ll try reaching out and see what’s up. I don’t want anything huge like the SOR one, nor too cheap like the DAC one. From what I have see the safari one makes the most sense. Are you talking the safari soft shell in the OP? I actually tried a few other universal tents on here and think they suck in my opinion so may take the tent to a local sew shop to see if they can get rough dimensions and make it right on the top closure. Really happy with it otherwise and the fitment was spot on once I was able to close the gaps at the top.
Thank you but this looks a bit too cumbersome for what I’m looking for. I need to have access to all of my doors while it’s on the truck. It it was just the rear part, I would be all over it. It packs really small and fast setup, If you talk to them ask them if they fixed the top gap issue. worth the money if they did. I'm a bit pressed for time but if I get a minute I can install it and sent pictures of the gaps. I took some workout mat and cut it size to fill the top gaps and bottom body to tailgate gaps. Worked really well. You cant see the gap in their terrible pictures and think they are original on the website. I wasn't part of the original group buy but a good deal if someone could do it again, I would be in. I got my moneys worth after 20 years of use.yes I’d love to source a safari soft shell if possible. Thanks for all of the info. Super helpful. I’ll try reaching out and see what’s up.
