Tail light replacement on 2000 LC

So I need a new drivers side tail light outer lens cover. Do they sell that part or do I need a full assembly ?

If I need a new one how are the led aftermarket ones from ebay ? anyone have any experience with them ? Any ones to avoid ?

Figure if I have to replace one I may as well update the butt end

A full assembly is needed.
