In a couple of weeks(before TN trip) I am going to finish them off with an X-cab/ partial bedside protector

LOOKS KILLER!

but is that red grease on the tube bender die?
i was told that that piece is supposed to stay dry, no lubricant. just the small guide take white lithium.

again,

nice job!

lookin good! if i ever get back to the taco i may have to pay a little visit. i like how they carry all the way to the rear wheels w/oout dumping back into the body; too manydesigns stop short only to drop you on the bottom of the leading edge of the bed. Lookin foward to how you fab up the bed/ xcab protection. good work Justin

Ooooooo... Ahhhhh!

thems some pretty peices of steel you got there.

Hey!! You stole my idea! :)

Seriously, they look great!

Looks nice. Maybe you should consider making some kind of bracing tube to go from the back of the top tube down to the frame. Looks like a good hit or flop might send it into the x-cab/bedside.

good lookin sliders justin

One thing talked about a lot with the guys that wheel hard in the rocks, is that the Taco frame is thinner than the older Toyota truck frames. So you should run larger scab plates to distribute the weight more, I have actually seen a couple of pictures of torn frames on TTORA or I would have called BS.

Beautiful fab work though; nice bending, fitting, and welding for sure.
