Rain date will be the next weekend, May 9 thru May 11

Trails rated 2 to 4+ There's something for everyone.

Bring your Toyota's, RV's, tents, hammocks, sleeping bags, lawn chairs and coolers and come spend the weekend with us or come for the day and stay for Saturday Night Supper! We will have a blast cruising, relaxing, cooking, eating, having a fun family weekend !

We will have a food and help list sign up starting soon.

I can't express how excited I am! Thank you for your generosity.

I would like to volunteer to come up early to clean and prep along with food duty.

I'm stoked! Many thanks Ashers! Add me to the volunteer list please.

Yeah! That's only 35 minutes from my house!

Probably can't help out, but will surely bring food.

That's awesome! Thanks for the generosity of hosting. Gotta check with Lauren if we can make it but at this point, I don't see why not. If I have a buddy that's interested in drinking beer and makes good company, is it okay to extend an invite?

I probably won't be able to help set up, but tearing down should be fine as long as I'm getting back to KC at a reasonable time. Unfortunately, I don't get off work until about 6 at the easiest.

Sure, you can bring your friend only if he's not a fun hater! We are looking forward to spending time with our new and old friends! You all are going to have a blast!

Definitely not a fun hater! And he's respectful too so he should be a good addition to the party.

Lauren (the gf) is in for now! Hopefully she'll keep her vote In!

Sounds like a good time! Would love to come up and meet some LC folks around the area….doesn't hurt that it is pretty close to the house!

Sounds like a great time

I will plan to attend as a warm up for GSM Trail Ride mid-May! Thanks! David.

Fun at the Asher's Farm

Frances and I are planning on attending. We had a great time before and we’re looking forward to it. It’s a shame the Toyota Trail Team won’t be there like the last time. I guess all cool things eventually end. We took our first test drive in a FJ Cruiser at the farm and the Trail Team gave away lots of cool goodies. Here’s a couple of pictures from the last time we were there.

Talked to my buddy. He's always in for a good time.

He asked me how y'all took when I told you guys he had a discovery haha.

We'll bring more tow cable.

Family and I are planning to be there, sounds like a lot of fun!

It (again) pains me to say this but I won't be able to attend. I have to work that weekend. Be safe. Keep the greasy side down. I understand many rigs have flopped at Asher's.

Wow! It's almost here! We are so excited for you all to come to our playground for some fun. Please feel free to come up Friday afternoon/evening and stay til Sunday. We will have a cookout Saturday evening and Sunday breakfast together. Saturday's cookout will consist of Asher Farm raised beef hamburgers and brats with sides that I will ask you to please sign up for. The club will provide the plates, utensils, buns, brats and beef. I will have a large cooler of tea provided. I know some guys have volunteered to bring their grills so please remind who you are on the forum. For Sunday breakfast I will be making pancakes with all the fixings and I will ask you all to sign up for breakfast burrito fixings, juice, milk, coffee, etc. We are renting a Johnny on the Spot but my bathrooms are also available for your use including the showers. I will ask that kids be supervised in the house as we are not kid proofed and we also have baby livestock and farm cats so we ask that visiting dogs be on leashes. With all of this fun also come chores but if we all pitch in and spread it around, chores won't be such a burden. So I will post a board with the chores I need help with and when you get here you can sign up for the task you choose. Such as campfire building, trash and recycling collection, set up canopy, take down, meal set up, take down and clean up, coffee set up and turn on early a.m., drinks Sat. Cookout and Sunday a.m. If anyone has folding tables you can remember to bring, we could use them. Also put your names on chairs and tables, we always end up with about 10 extras that are left behind. Thanks everyone for your help, please feel free to add to or correct my information. Any suggestions are also welcome!
