Interested if anyone has the best way to wire in the Switchpro 9100 in the engine bay (i.e, ignition, lights etc.) would like to avoid having to run a wire back into the cab to wire it in.

I have my blue trigger wire wired to the fuse box IGN fuse using an add-a-fuse. I didn't hook up any of the other (pink?) trigger wires though, so I can't help with that.

I'd love to see/hear what people are doing for trigger wires too. I don't have any accessories that need a trigger wire, but I've considered having a high beam trigger for my lightbars (right now I have them programmed to be switchable when the ignition is on). The only thing I have set up to be on all the time (even if the ignition is off) is my self jump.

Just to clarify, I have the other Switchpro trigger wires unconnected. I sealed off the ends with shrink tubing to avoid any inadvertent contact.

I had my light bar on my gx trigger with the high beams. If the switch for the bar was on the bar would come on with the high beams. I just ran the relay trigger wire to the high beam fuse with a fuse tap. Worked great.

I'm also considering a switch pro and want to wire it the same. What I can't tell from the instructions is if the switch still works to over ride the trigger wire or if the trigger wire "replaces" the switch. I want an And circuit. If trigger wire on && the switch is on the bar turns on. Easy with a regular relay. Not sure if switch pro logic supports this.

@Moby I am pretty sure you can set the switchpros up to work the same as your gx did. You can set it up such that when the switch is on, the lightbar will come on with the high beams. You have a ton of configuration options in the bluetooth app or by programming via the keypad. The only thing I haven't found a way to do (without adding an external relay) is trigger to ground.

There is another thread that covers Switch Pro triggers. I engaged Switch Pro tech support and was able to resolve with help from @Eric Sarjeant
