Do they fit there without trimming?Remove one of the change holders in the center console and put it there![]()
Followed the thread, add me to the list!If you aren't in a super hurry I'll have an option in that useless cubby beneath the radio pretty soon![]()
There is already a fairly competitive ($20) and well known Tacoma solution that works for the 80 series instead of that cubby. It using the stock bolt holes from the stereo bracket. If you aren't in a super hurry I'll have an option in that useless cubby beneath the radio pretty soon![]()

Not trying to kill projects, just assist anyone who puts time and money into developing products for these rigs to know the market. I like what the vendors of the forums do. I do have a few ideas of how to improve on it and one unique mount I've seen in other vehicle mounting markets, but not the 80 series that would sell well.Welp! That killed that project![]()

No this is a solid solution. Maybe it can be improved upon but it’s not worth the premium a CNC’s piece of aluminum at 5x the price would support.
Guys running double DIN units would still need another option.Welp! That killed that project![]()
Do you have pictures?I relocated the dimmer switch to the blank circle below the mirror switch, then use the 2 right blank switches for ARB front and rear lockers. The ARB compressor switch is relocated next to the rear heater switch. All my aux light is in the center console replacing all the coin holders. Works perfect.

I tried to get you to do this in OctoberIn this same vein, how about a single DIN panel for the stereo? Not that I need either, but since you are just looking for more projects to occupy your decreasing free time.
