Spotted this rig in Page Az this summer. European plates.

I've seen two of these in various places out west. Both were Swiss. Is that Belgium? Is that what BL stands for?

thats probably also swiss since it doesn't have the blue stripe on the plate

Seems like the "BL" stands for "Basel Landschaft".
