Hi 45'ers. MarkA recommended checking here in a want ad I had placed in the general classifieds. I am after what appears to be an aftermarket ad-on rear bumper that was put on SWB FJ45's. Almost had my hands on one thanks to Whitey, but the seller sold locally while I was trying to convince him to ship it to me. I'm after a pretty specific look, am willing to pay for shipping for the right bumper. This will be going on to an FJ40.
What I REALLY want is this one on the blue 40. I am coming to realize this was probably a 1 of 1 build. I can fabricate one to replicate it, but with number of projects on the burner, don't really want to dedicate that much time to one large item at this time. I also want something that is "weathered" looking to match the look of the truck.
What I am likely going to have to settle for is one of these, which appear to be a common aftermarket (or factory?) offering on a SWB 45.
