If you look at the threads I’ve posted before you’ll see I’ve had some help from the community with a harness I was putting into a 40 series. Now I’m on to bigger things, currently I have a 1FZ-FE coil pack version of course in a 60 series which I have cranking and one injection firing on. My question right now is does anyone know whether or not the injectors get power directly from the fuse box and then a pulse generation from the ECM? And if the injectors get power from the fuse box which wires lead to the wires on the injectors? as there is two. One black and red one that is on all of the injector connections and 3 yellow which are only on the odd cylinder injectors and 3 green which are on the even. Here are some reference pictures. Right now I know that the black and red wire is coming from the fuse box so I have that powered, I also have the ECM powered and grounded. I’m just stumped on this I’m hoping it is simple because I want this engine to fire up. So if y’all can explain how these injectors received energy and answer my previous questions I would greatly appreciate it.

I dont know much abotu the 1fz wiring... and definitely have never seen a coil pack 1fz... but the injectors are definitely getting signal from the ECM. There are a few things that changes the volume of the fuel being sprayed such as THA and intake air temperature sensors in the air flow meter during cold starts. The only reason i know that is because my AFM on my old 80 was bad.

heres a snip from the USDM 1997 Electrical wiring diagram from the 80 sereis

Idk if you can read this but its in the USDM 1997 ewd. Its basically got all of the wires youre looking for

If you cant get it to zoom in clearly on that pic, you can download the EWD here. The Engine control diagram starts on page 58 of the PDF
