suspension question - cannot determine the noise

I've been hearing a faint noise from mostly front (I think) for couple years now and still can't find out what's causing it. I have Dobinson shocks in front and OME set up in the back. Also got the Cruiserparts bushing kits installed. Does torsion bars make noise? It only happens at low speed but not all the time, it sounds almost like if a string is pulled tight and you sort of flick it, like a tension sound, maybe click but too very light, I don't know how to describe it. Really want to get to bottom of it.
Lastly, what's the best solution to reduce body roll?

with the truck on a lift, take a long pry bar and push/pry on / lift up / down on U & L control arms, ball joints, etc. See if any of your bushings are loose or worn out
