So my front end is dragging because of the weight of my bumper and winch so I'm thinking about getting some ome torsion bars instead of just leaving my stock bars cranked. If I add the slee 30mm coil spacers in the back and get the ome torsion bars upfront will I be able to re index and crank the new t bars so the front is level with the new height of the back?

Thanks

I don't think it will be "level" but it will be close, you will definitely be better off.

Hmm well this is the angle my truck sits at now

You can tell the front is a little lower. So your guess would be that adding the new torsion bars, cranked and rear spacers it would still sit slanted just everything a little higher huh?

Still with that weight up front, you need the OME tbars.

Yeah I'm gonna get the ome that's soon regardless. I guess I'll pick up the coil spacers too and just get it as close as I can

didn't you drive a built LC for 2 years before noticing you still OEM torsion bars? see you in 26 months on the trails outwest :steer:

Ya sir, but after they were changed out, there was a big difference :flipoff2:

26 months?? You're moving???

CO Bound in 26 months...Hopefully flying out this summer to spend a week out there. My Moab trip was postponed again
^^ What the hell, no flip off anymore?? :flipoff2:

still here :flipoff2:

and I bet it rode a lot different.

Ha, my self censor was on... HIJACK!!

Taylor, your rig looks good, but you'll be glad you went OME.

Is your truck Thunder Cloud?

It's river rock mica. It's an 02 and I don't think they started doing em in that color until the 03s

I think you will be happy just getting the OME torsion bars and reindexing since you already have OME rear coils. Adding 30mm on top of higher than stock rear springs will put your back end pretty high and you won't be able to get the front to match. If you are carrying a large load then adding the extra height in the back could be a good thing. But if it's just a good looking stance you are after, the new bars up front will get you there.

Taylor- with 866+30MM spacers, front cranked as high as you can without negative effects this is what you have...quite a bit of rake. My front end is back up, but with reduced comfortability and extreme CV angles with no diff drop. It rides fine, but could be better I guess :meh:
