Suspension Freq

Hello all .. in my long suspension study and understanding journey I just wunder if there is any factory stock suspension value that we know ..

I was wondering about the stock 80 series SF value .. to take as reference. I thought any 4x4 ( somethig with factory front solid axle ) will be in the 2.5hz and upper range ..

Any comments are appreciated ..

after spend few hours on the net here and there .. I've found that the average suspension frequency in stock 4x4 ( not necesary a SUV .. ) are around 2.5Hz ..

Interesting never thought of springs in terms of Hz, always in spring rate vs the weight carried...

What It's nice about SF it's ( and I recently discover it and still reading ) if you like how a car rides .. and you know this car SF you can make your own ( no matter how different they are ) rise the same ( or pretty close ) replicating the same SF number in your rig ..
