surf 2lte very poor acceleration after rebuild

good day , after i rebuild the engine on my surf and auto box it runs very slow it dont accelerate very sluggish wont run fast so i tried reading the dtc codes 1st 2flashes 2nd i got 8flashes 3rd 12flashes and 4th 13flashes are these the reason why so sluggish and accelerates poorly ? hope you can help thanks in advance

I don't know much about the computer controlled IPs, but did you make sure to line up the timing mark perfectly? Also did you replace the fuel filter and bleed the system?
