They stopped producing these superchargers once they came out with the VVT system for the 2uz so they are a bit difficult to come across. That's a good deal... Stick with the stock size pulley otherwise you will need to put different rods in it. 1uz rods a bigger but the same dimensions. As I recall you just remove the tail on the 2wd tranny and you can put a transfer behind it. If I'm wrong swapping trannies is no big deal. The wiring harness may be missing a few things I believe.

I wish I could find a SC to put on my pickup, sigh.
 
Thats a good deal. When I bought my SC 2UZ, just the motor was $4K. Be careful though I think that the computer might be different between the 2wd and 4wd but it would still be a good enough deal to buy a new ECU.
