Hi Everyone,
I recently sold my LX470. It was an amazing vehicle and I’m still convinced it will be the best vehicle I’ll have ever owned.
Anyways, it had a cracked sunroof wind deflector. The physical piece that pops up to deflect the wind was split in 2, a few inches from the passenger side end of the sunroof.
The buyer is telling me he’s taken it to two shops (Lexus dealer and independent shop) and they want $5k to fix it. They said the entire frame assembly needs to be replaced.
I think this is bs. Can anyone help point me in the right direction to help them?
