It's all good here, rough day yesterday, I was tired and frustrated, and LSLC and TLCA members are my peeps, I get defensive when I think someone is bashing either......... :D :D :D :D :D
I really understand and empathize anyone beign "jealous" of the relationships LSLC enjoy, but you can be a part, we ain't picky as to who we let in the club.........
We let Woody and Todd in.

The TLCA ads are startin' to pop up in the national mags and I'm gettin' damn close to bein' famous here in Elwood. Neighbors can't read but they like the pic of my junk and seem impressed. :grinpimp:

How about the small build that would be covered over 4 or 5 issues kinda like Grogans Family hauler?

Or follow the restoration of the FJ45LV being completed on this forum, very proffesional and people could get lots of tips and ideas.

I recently joined the TLCA and hope to see more and more members writing in the TTs.

I think calling it the Texas Trails however is a little out of line, were all on the same page and working together for a better Trails Mag.

You guys can sure stir the pot well without me! For the record, I concur that there was no pressure on Todd from me. My whole beef was and still is the lag time from submission to printing. Never had an issue with stuff being put aside.
The first submission in September was a perfect example.

Written in response to Frank's 'lose the Lexus...' rant, my stuff didn't go public 'til January, long after the bruhaha had faded. I have to wonder how many people missed or forgot the flaming which was IMO an integral part of the article. :frown:

Just submitted an article on Saline and the Tin Benders Jambo. Not exactly thrilled with the idea that even on the fast track, the article will [edit: would] not see the light of day until July. Nothing I can do tho but wait and see what Todd says.
