I was looking through some legal documents supposed to be related to my work... according to the PI that investigated me, I got a ticket in 2003 for driving without a license and paid an $86 fine.
1) Pissed me off that I was investigated.
2) I’ve never had a ticket for driving without a license.
3) Since when was the fine $86 for driving without a license... it’s now $276, and I doubt it was less than a third the cost in ‘03.
4) How is this false information even relevant to my non-driving position 16 years later.
5) decisions were made based on this and other nonsense without even being able to see it... so much for our free country
