Stuck Injector Seat (1 Viewer)

I am having difficulty pulling out some of the injector seats on my 1HD-FT. Is there a trick to it?

I’ve had good success using a long M8 bolt, it is just the right size to force some threads into the copper washer and makes it much easier to pull the washer out.

Tried that, the threads would catch but wouldn’t hold. Even created this tool out a screw extractor, still no luck.
