Parts Wanted
I would like the black plastic upper dash piece - holds the clock and hazard switch.
I would also like the dash security switch thingy, CDL Switch, and the glove box door

Has any one got any info on weather these parts are going to be available? I've worked with "Revo" on his '94-80 and have scored some nice stuff, but parting out an '80 is hard work. Revo only lives about a mile from me, so its easy to get parts and tell war stories. Ha!
I'm using the parts I have to figure out how they work. Most of the stuff I have is dam near mil-spec. Amazing quality!
For example; the ECU is not dust or water proof. But u could make it so. the internal electronics is so dam beautiful it amazing and I doubt that water would effect it.

oh, water can affect an ECU. ask me how i know

Got to know; yea, dumb question; if the water is flowing thru the windows, it has gotten to the ECU.
I disassembled the ECU, and it is not water proof [but could be made so]. The inside of said unit is coted with epoxy, or some such. Most of the relay modules are capable of disassembly and water proofing. The one I am looking at now is the "Fuel Pump Relay". This thing is a work of art; and close to water proof.
None of this stuff was designed to be mil-spec; but it is close. Some of the relays can be disassembled and cleaned.
Well, enough of that. The more I dig into the '80, the more I am amazed.

i've got a 94 of my own on the way so I'll see first hand. think it will withstand an EMP ? 
My FJ40 Will withstand an EMP; sort of , but the 80 will just stop!!!

Parts Delay
Sorry about the delay on answers on parts. I have all those parts but I have been fighting with myself on keeping it, and know I think a gentleman wants it whole but is suppose to let me know soon. It would be a lot easier to sale the whole thing than having it sitting in my garage while I pull off parts. I should know in a few days.

weak sauce. So you put it out there and then pull it back in? You should not post in the "for sale" section but more like the "for tease" section.
Locking Diff. ECU
If the the 80 you are parting out has factory lockers I need the short rear axle shaft, and the locker ECU located behind the DS kick panel. Let me know.
