What are my options to stream my audio from my android to my NAV equipped 2006? If I bluetooth my phone to the NAV can I stream my audio?
Presently I have an optional Apple connection to the NAV but no luck in finding an Apple female connector to 1/8" male.

Stock bluetooth is for calls only.

You want to get the BT35-Toy for streaming music and other audio. You can set your phone up to still use the factory bluetooth for calls, but the BT35 for audio. Works really well for me

If you are in need of connectors look up Monoprice.com. They have enough stuff to connect anything to anything!

I went the wired interface direction since I only play music when I'm driving and that way it's always charging.

I got my stuff from gtacarkits.com about 1 1/2 years ago and works great but I think they dropped the LC support for some reason. Maybe the one for Sequoia or Tundra with nav option would work but I'm not sure. About $105.
Parrot is also a great option for bluetooth connectivity but is way pricier!

Presently I have a USA-Spec PA12-toy for Iphone/Ipod

Looking at the manual I realized:doh: I have a set of AUX RCA output. Looks like all I need to add is a RCA to 1/8" stereo cable. $3 on Ebay ordered

I got the following from http://www.icarkits.com/cars/TOYOTA_LANDCRUISER_2007/BTY1UV6 and love it. I installed the mic in the factory location up by the homeland buttons, and chose to just disable the satellite button on my radio to run this bluetooth device. I can stream audio and take phone calls through the radio now. I HATE the factory bluetooth handsfree. Never seemed to work right, and always had a lot of delays or muffled sounds. Especially when I upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus. I just turn my radio to SAT, and voila. Love it.

A quick cord install and change a dip switch on my existing USA-Spec PA12-toy and now I have AM, FM, SAT, CAS, DVD, ipod, and streaming Pandora audio from my android.
