Strange engine 'ticking'...ANY guesses? What should i check first??

Here is a link to YouTube I shot this morning.

I know cell phone youtube sound isn't high quality but, if you listen closely, you can hear an intermittent ticking sound. It almost (to the untrained ear) sounds like some metal balls rolling around in there. (That is how my wife described it - and I agree. Lol).

It's hard to guess where it's coming from, but if I had to guess, it seems to be coming more from the passenger side and the top of the motor. But, again. I can't be certain.

Any help or guesses would be greatly appreciated.

The headers are known for making a ticking sound due to cracks

This seems much more pronounced than a crack in the header...and it's intermittent when compared with the engine cycle.
If you listen closely to the video you can hear it - you could almost mistake it for a sound I'm making by moving the phone...

Irl, it's fairly pronounced.

Dont worry about it. It took me a minute to figure out what it was when mine started doing it. I'm going to swap in headers in a few months.
