That is so East Bay. When we lived in Oakland/Berkeley, my friend had her car broken into so many times that she stopped locking it so that she wouldn't have to constantly replace broken windows.

I have been seeing many wheel-less cars around the city recently, propped up on milk crates- all four wheels lifted. so yeah, the wheels are next....
yup, i've got a suggestion, chain 900lbs of under fed rotti to the truck when parked. all kidding aside, that blows chunks
