Hi all, just thought I would send out a message to the cruiser heads, that my 1983 FJ60(converted to 3B/5spd) was stolen last night at 8pm-9pm from Ethical Addictions coffeehouse in Abbotsford, BC. It is Tan in colour and is a very clean truck from Colorado. Specs are:

Stock Tan colour (very clean and almost rust free, no dents)
stock chrome rims
33x10.5 mud terrains(siped)
OME lift susp.
4:11 gears
New 2-1/2" exhaust front to back
New headliner from Specter
New Alpine Stereo
No carpet under front floor mat area
Aussie style mirrors
Stickers on rear windows - "Rock&Ice", "Arc'teryx", "Colorado mtn biking Adventures"
Thule roof rack (no rocket box on it currently as seen in the bottom photo)
Other than that the exterior is stock
323,000km on the odometer

I am sad but you never know where it will show up. However I just filled up with 75l of diesel and last tank got 700km, so they could have driven quite far.

Thanks
Joel

I know it dont help you but i felt compelled to share. In 93 my father and i got a 78/40 for exchange on doing a home electrical job for a person at the greenbrier resort. Make a long story short dad was driving it and went to the post office 2 weeks after we got it, and someone stole it:frown: Dad never took the keys out of the ignition. exactley ten years later i was in a close neighborhood and spotted it i wipped over called 911 and blocked the cruisers path. All this time i carred the vin#. 1 hour later it was at my house. The new owner lost hi ass:frown: . Being that in wv cruisers are rare, i could not have missed it.

Thanks guys for all your concern and keeping your eyes open. I dont know where it was found yet (cause I forgot to ask due to the excitement!), but the truck was recovered on April 5. As told to me by police, no apparent damage, but possible loss of goods from the inside.

May Day...May Day.....Great news.
