hi any idea what is the stock rake height of the usdm land cruisers? i have a GCC spec LC200 it sits almost level. i wanted to change the spring to ome720 -.75" or ome721 0" but this is based on usdm measurement am right? i want to retain the GCC spec height but with more load capacity need you inputs since i will be buying the parts from the US

Yes but less than stock which is typically about 2" (50mm) . I understand a OME lift typically raises front by 50mm and rear by 20mm over standard factory levels. Therefore you are reducing the typical factory rake by approx 30mm and leaving you with approx 1 & 1/2" rake. Still looks wrong to me - but that's just my opinion.

I elected to lift the front with coilovers and retain the factory rear springs and changed the rear shocks to improve handling. Added air bags to rear springs for when I tow or carry a heavy load. Result a level, lifted, stable ride.

The other issue you might want to think about is wheel alignment geometry after lift. You will not manage to get back to factory positive castor settings unless you also change your UCAs. The higher you lift the more positive castor angle you will lose resulting in a possible tendency to wander on the road. I took the advice of others on these boards and saved myself the grief.
