Thank you all. Pulled the trigger on the Grom unit. Looking forward to updating my Nav.

BTW, where did everyone install their Grom unit? Inside the center console?

It tucks nicely in the space between the head unit bracket and the drivers side center a/c vent. Run the mic wire down through the bottom right corner of the gauge cluster by popping the bottom tray out a bit and then repositioning after the wire is threaded through.

the only one available for my '03 when I ordered did everything but phone. hence my removal.

Not sure what you mean here by "actual phone capability" but it worked great with my phone. Calls, steering wheel function, even song titles came up on the factory Nav screen when playing music from phone.

Thanks all for your replies!
I've successfully installed both the Naviks reverse camera and the Grom IPD4 adapter.

Now in search of a good phone mount. I purchased a Proclip mount but was disappointed on how much of a gap it needed to fit it in.
Got any good recommendations? I'm temporarily using a vent mount clip, but don't like the idea of my phone blocking the vent.
