Wanted Stock '96-'97 with <175,000 miles

Hey guys
New to MUD and Land Cruisers, I've just turned 20 and have been saving to get an 80 for over 3 years in between classes. Looking for a few things in particular:
-'96-'97
-Low miles (sub 175k)
-Rust free
-The closer to stock, the better
-The closer to Norcal, the better
-Unlocked (locked is out of my budget)
-My budget is roughly $12k (plus/minus 1k-ish)

I am fairly new to these trucks so I may have listed an unreasonably high/low budget for what I'm looking for. If so, feel free to let me know.

I purchased a locked 96, two owner with a great service history and 148k miles. I paid 13.5, but had to go to Arizona for it. I think you'll be in the 12-14K range for what your looking for in norcal.

You think so? I feel like if it were locked and only had around 150k or so miles it would be going for closer to $16k. That's what I've been seeing on craigslist and on here. Hope I'm wrong!

I have seen that, actually. Great looking truck, but I'd want one with airbags as I drive a lot with my little brother. As I understand, airbags are only in models from '95 and later. Also, that one is basically all built up. The reason I want it to be closer to stock is because I really want to build most of it myself. My dad's experienced with this sort of thing and I'm excited to work on modding it with him.

It would appear that I may be eating my words. Been looking on a bunch of different sites but can’t find any that fit the bill. Looks like we’re all in the market for a truck that meets this criteria! Good luck, and don’t forget to include the LX450 in your searches. If I come across anything I’ll post up.
