Thanks bud. Sometime later this summer probably. Maybe we can have a club cook-out out there this fall. Plenty of room for throwing up a tent or 10 and hopefully will have at least electric out there by then, maybe water too.

Sean, All the oil spots are on the shop and garage floors. The Cruisers don't get parked on the driveway due to Cruisers being real trucks which leak or weep some fluid(s).
