Picked up a farm truck and tow rig today.

1985 F150, 300 straight 6, granny low 4 spd, 4x4 LWB.

Yea , his name is Taylor Pickett , #423-718-4945 , he does very good fab work . It would be worth the drive to see the buggy he's almost done with , the amazing part is when you see what he used to bend the tubes .

Nice truck should preform well for you on the farm . The 300 six is like the energizer bunny well run for now on . Also I talked to Mike (sawmill guy) he is getting some cedar trees I think this week . Might be what your wanting .

I know that time is flying by me a break neck pace, but here is a little more proof.

I guess she had a legitimate reason for not coming along last week ... passing her finals.

Wow, time flies man! Next thing you know, our kids will be changing our pants and driving us to the Dr.

Not a bad haul for a day in the driver seat.

Pulled the truck out last night after not moving for almost 2 months, checked oil and coolant and then drove down to Huntsville to pick up a set of tires from @Elbert and then back home. Over 250 miles with no issues. Also picked up our $13 YETI while we were out. Not a bad way to start the weekend, and another reason why I will be buried with that truck.

3 cars in the driveway, 1 in the street and 2 in the back yard on 0.1 acres, we are definitely the rednecks in the hood. Oddly, I would offer to you that ours is not the worst in the hood by far. I do cut my grass and keep my little used car lot neat.

And we are working on getting the out of dodge in a year or so.
