Do sticker stick to rust?

pop rivet some sheet metal over the rust, place the sticker on it and call it a plaque.

I just started a thread the other day for 2015 club merchandise. They are on there.

I need to have Colin make it a sticky (the thread, not the sticker) so it stays at the top.
