Stereo, Clock, Antenna, and Side Mirrors not working

So here is what is going on...I took out an aftermarket clarion CD player, because it ate a CD and I put it back in and went to start the car to test it, the stereo didnt work along with the factory clock, antenna, and side mirrors. All the searches I have done led to the dome fuse in the engine bay, but the fuse is fine. Did I short a wire or something when I put the stereo back in?
