is there such a thing as preventative maintenance (meaning keeping it going a little while longer) for the steering wheel?
what is the backup plan if it disintegrates?!
also - is there a primo real leather and real rawhide wrap i can putnon if i have the time and want to spend the coin?
THANKS
jon

Or just swap it out with one from the 93-94 era, which has been peer reviewed and empirically evidenced as the superior era...

Yes. Takes 3-5hrs. Ain’t nobody got time for that! Or take to local upholstery shop, $300-500 to do it right.
hey man. so the vietnam vet that works out of his garage on my bike route could see it up for me i guess? can i buy the leather somewhere? i mean, i am not sure i wouldn’t mind doing this myself but it seems it should be a possibly to see it in and also just buy it precut. seems like a PITA to cut it with no template.
also. i see there is no airbag. so i can basically find a 93 - 97 in good condition and switch out in 30 minutes? with 93-94 being slightly different i guess?
and no way to preserve or maintain these things i guess?
THANK YOU

I put wheelskins in my 80 and t100. I’m happy with them even though they’re not as nice as the Italian leather cover posted above. I think they would be much easier to install.
