Steering Wheel Rewrap - To perforate or not? (1 Viewer)

I DIY'd mine with a "Loncky" kit from Amazon a few months back. It was definitely kind of a pain in the butt, and there's a bit of a knack to it (so the next one would come out a little neater, probably), but for the $50-60 I'm very satisfied with the result, especially vs what was there before. All I really did was make sure the leather underneath was smooth-ish (trim anything too gnarly off level with what's beside it) and then follow the directions.

Forgot to post an update. Here is my steering wheel today. I think the perforations look and feel great. CraftCustoms did a great job.
