I recall something about 2003 and up having one other TSB dealing with steering. Has to do with a pin or something, which reduces steering ratio at HWY speeds. The new OEM rack should have corrected this other issue, but worth being aware of. It really pays to use a specialist when one can, with our rigs. I've seen so many issues with wheel bearings, do to not following factory (FSM) procedure to the letter.

I 've only worked on 02 and older, so I not much help with the newer steering rack.

Quick follow-up: I got the mechanic to do a re-alignment, followed by the zero point calibration procedure (http://rav4world.com/tsb/BR001-04.pdf), and it worked! No more steering pull at 40+. Thanks guys. Really appreciate it.
