Anyone know what this noise could be? I don’t really know how to describe it but it almost sounds like the ABS self check that my 2020 Tundra used to do at 5mph when first staring out, but this noise happens when changing directions turning the wheel. Doesn’t happen all the time but it does when rapidly changing directions. Not sure what it is but I can’t hear it from the outside of the car.

It’s normal. It’s the steering shaft rubbing on some rubber thing. My 2008 has had it since I bought it 10 years ago.
Interesting. I bought this car like a month ago but I don’t remember hearing this noise until a week or two ago. Maybe it was always there and I just didn’t notice

Same.

Same x2
I've read up on it and haven't really found an easy definitive solution. My brain thinks it might be the 'cover assembly' acting up or is bad/funky...? Then there's the actual clunky-something-is-moving thing happening at low speeds over bumps.
