Ok so I’ve momentarily given up on installing the original steering column because of complicated nature of switching back from PO installing newer year column. I would have to cut off a little ramp that was welded to the frame to adjust the height angle of newer year column (84 4Runner?) to fit onto the rig as well as mess with the steering box and the rag joint area that he McGuyver’d a bit. So I’m holding off.

Soo, I am going to wire up the newer year Column. There’s writing on it that says ‘84 TILT 4x4 as well as I Identified that one of the (original to that column) wire connections and it’s type of connector utilized was used on 4Runners in 84.
So that’s what I’m guessing it is.
Based on that I need identify what some of these wires are that are coming out of the column.
Mainly, I need to ID which wire(s?) is for the horn on the column?
Also, I need to figure out if the windshield wiper wires color codes are the same so I can hook that up properly.
(Basically I need to find an electrical diagram for this column so I can see what all these wires are. Some of the colors are the same and easy to identify - like the blinkers and the ignition etc. But others not so much.

Lastly, I’m trying to figure out what this relay is in last picture?to the right of the horn relay.
Is it my seatbelt warning relay or my “flasher” (a word the electrical diagram uses) or what relay is that? I’m tracing wires and wondering why a couple are going to it..

You don't need it. Use a multimeter and check the wires for continuity when you "make" the switches. Far more certain than trusting some junkyard label on a used part you didn't pull.

x2 what Malleus said, IIRC CruiserTeq may have the schematics linked on their site. FWIW the horn may be breaking the ground instead of power.

Have you googled for the wiring diagram? Lots of times stuff will come up Haynes has a lot of wiring diagrams - your local library might have the manual you can copy it - then go to a copy center and have it blown to like 24x36.

Maybe Coolerman? on this site has what you are looking for. Timmyisinthewell might be able to help.
Look here too. Land Cruiser Factory Service Manuals (FSMs) - https://www.cruisercult.com/factory-service-manuals

Back at signal school we were told that its "aspirin sandwich time".

A audible continuity meter would be helpful and a light probe would be good tools. Perhaps one of those signal down the wire testors might be handy too.

Ok so I’m back to this again and I’m figuring out my horn and blinkers … I have continuity but it seems the actual switch is doing nothing.

Let’s talk about the horn … relay hooked up & continuity to plug to steering column. Also I wasn’t sure which wire from steering column was the horn wire … I’ve deduced it down to the solid green or green/orange. I now think it’s the green orange for this reason:
When I attach the plug with the relay my new made up plug I attach it to the solid green. Nothing (when I press horn push button). But when that’s attached I touch the green/orange to the green/white(no reason for that one other that I know it’s getting power). The horn goes off. So touching the green/orange to something with power makes the horn go off.
So that leads me to think: ok switch the green/orange and the solid green that’s attached to relay wire at the plug so that the green/orange is attached to the relay.
But when I do that no horn, and pressing horn push button does nothing.

Oh s*** the car wasnt key on - hold on lemme try that…nothing
So something about the green being attached helps but either way the horn push button never does anything - the horn only fires when I touch the green/orange to a constant power source.

So the horn button is messed up possibly?
