my 2lte starts fine then immediately starts idling really rough and starts belching smoke. if i shut it off and restart then it runs fine, and no smoke. this can all take place in 15 seconds, what gives. why the ruff idle and smoke, the if i restart, its all good. glow plugs are brand new, and seem to work, cuz if i don't glow, it don't start?
