I wish to reconfirm my hj75 1988 troopy wheel rim offset.
I changed to sunraysias after seeing how split rims are changed awhile ago, keeping stock as possible. So running 16 x 7 rims with 235/85r16's. But I forgot the off set.

I followed instructions how to measure wheel off set. I get zero. Is that correct?

Everything I read is that there is a 3.5" backspace on the stock 70 series wheels prior to the change to coil spring front in 1999.

So on a 7" wide wheel, that would be an offset of -12mm.

Your wheels "should" be stamped somewhere inside with something that says "ET" and a following number. Can't confirm for steelies, but all the alloys have it.

Picture below is an aftermarket SCS F5 wheel backside.

My stock 15X7 alloy wheels are -20 which is 3.21" backspacing. It varies a little. Maybe it depends on flares or not.
