My blower fan on my '04 LC has this awfully annoying squeal when running at low speeds (It's the one behind the glove box).

Is this an easily removeable part AND serviceable where I can oil/lube the motor bearings?

I have the '04 parts database I know what it looks like but not real sure how easy it is to remove. I'm hoping it just comes out without removing the whole dash.

Anyone else tackled this before?

Thanks,
Chris

yeah I was afraid I get that response... I was completely too lazy to search! :)

Good thing is there is a detailed thread out there so that makes it sounds like a DIY fix.

Super easy to replace that. When I bought my LX, the HVAC wouldn't blow at all, intermittently. The blower was making a rumble noise when on high. I believe it had some resistance on the blower and would cause the failure. Replaced the blower in 5 minutes and all is good.

I did the "search" over lunch and found lots of info as promised. It's coming out tonight for sure for inspection.
