what is it when you do a spring reverse. does that mean the short side goes to the shackle instead of the long side. and what about handleing i am talking about the rear

Thats right.. Handling improves apparently, due to the longer wheelbase..

there are debates on shackle reversals, depends on what you are building for I suppose but a search can bring up the pros/cons

I have flipped rear springs and cant really tell if it handles any better but i wanted the longer wheelbase and it looks better.
