Has anyone had any luck changing the Hi-Lo Shift Seal with the TC still in place. Can you push it in from the top? Or do you have to open up the TC and push it up and in from the inside? If anyone has any experience with this, most appreciated.

No sir, @oldblue . I did the Output seals about 2 years ago, and they are holding up fine since. I'm referring to the Hi-Lo Seal (at the very top, right hand side of TC). It's hard to believe gear oil is coming from there, but I've cleaned this Transfer Case 4 times, and driven it, and that is the only area that has oil around it after a drive. I'd hate to tear down the entire case / rebuild the entire case for that, but maybe that is what it takes to get it right. uhhhh.

Just a thought, Check the T/C breather on top of the Transfer case, it could be stuck or blocked, and when the T/C heats up, the pressure inside builds up and pushes the oil out.
