So mine was leaking and I ordered the orings and shaft. As it turns out it is a different sleeve. My dealer has the seal and oring, but I'm confused if this style is old or new? My 82 parts truck has the same one as on my 82.

There are more designs, I used this for my HJ60, the installation text might help you? :

Here is the kit I ordered. But on my sleeve type there is a seal inside not an oring.

Yours (if that is you picture) and mine (5 speed, 1985 definitely my picture) are type A
Maybe someone confused the parts and made a fixup wich does not belong together.

o SEAL only 1 part, the rest might be why it leaks, might remove that rubber and see if it stops leaking, there is just splash/dripping oil behind it.
And if you have pressure then the air breather might be clogged.

O RING two parts comes with collar AND gasket (fluffy ring)
Hope you sort it out, you have an automatic? The part seems to belong to other models like corolla :bang: :meh: :smokin:

Yeah I got it sorted. I just wanted to post it up because I searched and searched and didn't find much. The first pic I posted was the only one I found with the oring and oil seal and part numbers.
My type only gets the oring and inner oil seal. No more leak...there anyway haha
