spark plug replacement schedule

Hello Folks, my P4 Bosch plugs have worked for close to three years now and have done a great job. I feel I should change them for a new pair but the still look OK. How often do you guys change your plugs. Since new I have logged around 40K KM since new plugs.

the factory service interval for spark plug replaceent for the FJ60 is 30,000 miles. I seem the change them more often than that, although not because they need it. Last time I changed them early because I dropped one and meesed it up when I was adjusting the valves.

both FJ 60's I've owned have consumed spark plugs fast...like about 10K miles 'till the plugs are too encrusted w/ deposits to bother cleaning.How many miles on yours at 3 years? No real reason to change them unless they're gunked up, or structurally burned-away, or cracked. By the way, it helps if you identify which vehicle you have.
