Spare wheel bag for rubbish and firewood bottom opening

G’day my new rig has a spare wheel carrier ( and other fruit ) I heard there are bags where you can empty rubbish from the bottom. Would prefer something bigger. Suggestions appreciated. Wanna dump my rubbish or kindling easy

I use an old Swiss Army packsack strapped to the rear spare tire bracket of my hdj75.
Used to be relatively easy pickings at Army Surplus stores.
If you don't want anyone walking off with the pack just stick the straps between spare tire and bracket.
