Wanted Sourcing Ventilation Hose LJ73

I've just finished a lot of work on my recently-acquired LJ73 (Left-hand drive) including re-do of all wheel hubs from the axle-out, all suspension bushings, dampener replaced.

Been very successful finding parts with Partsouq and a few other vendors in Japan in Europe... but I've run into a challenge:

I need to replace the ventilation hose, part no. 12261-54090. Can't find it anywhere. I'm new to a lot of this type of work and am learning quickly, but are there universal tubes one can buy and cut to size? Is it as simple as that, or would a ventilation tube need to be a certain type of tube that can't be easily replaced?

I'm assuming that because it is so hard to find, there's an easy universal alternative out there somewhere.

I just replaced a similar hose but it has a different part number. I got mine from Toyota. If you can’t get one I’m sure you could easily fabricate one

If you use the proxy sites to buy from either yahoo auction or shopping sites in Japan, that hose is listed there. One of the vendors listed carrying that part number I even bought something else for my cruiser from in the past with success.

Post up the ID - one of these will likely work if you want it fast. Both OEM
