Source for Warn Solenoids/part no's

The solenoid pictured below is used (AFAIK) on most "integrated solenoid" model Warn's.
It is a WARN P/N is 28396
* Prestolite#SAZ-4201EY

Can also be found as-
* 15-487 (this is occaisionaly found in boat shops as a starter solenoid
* 440262
* 546-033
* 1231A
* WS487

I bought 4 of them a couple years ago for about $12 ea. Now all I see is $20 to $30. (ebay, DB Electrical Starter-Alternator > winch solenoid,solenoid,starter solenoid,starter switch)

Anyone know where they can be had for $12? I think I originally found the source on Pirate.
